Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or book any service with Sketchliners Style, a personal styling service run by Supriya Mule in Mumbai, India. Sketchliners Style is a brand of Sketchline Industries, a partnership firm registered in Maharashtra (GSTIN 27AFGFS3815J1ZQ). By booking a service you agree to them.

Our services

We offer personal styling, occasion styling and wedding styling, both virtually and in person in Mumbai. What each service includes is described on our website at the time you book. In-person styling outside our usual area may carry travel charges, which we tell you about before you confirm.

Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once the required payment or booking fee has been received. Your appointment time is then reserved exclusively for you.

Payment: The Edit and The Occasion Edit require full payment at the time of booking. For The Signature Edit, The Wedding Edit and in-person styling, a 50% advance is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable before the agreed service or deliverables.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. They may change from time to time; the price confirmed at booking is the price you pay.

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your part

• Give us accurate details about your occasion, sizes, preferences and any allergies or sensitivities that could affect outfit, jewellery or makeup suggestions.
• Be on time for your session. A late start may mean a shorter session.
• Only share photos and information you are allowed to share.

Styling advice & third-party products

Our recommendations are based on our professional judgement and what you tell us. Style is personal, so we cannot guarantee a particular result. Products we suggest are sold by independent brands and stores. Their price, availability, quality, delivery, returns and refunds are between you and the seller.

Moodboards & materials

Moodboards, notes and other materials we prepare are for your personal use. Please do not resell or publish them as your own work.

Photos & portfolio

We will only use photos of you or your looks on our website or social media with your clear permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time for future use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of third-party sellers or service providers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date you book applies to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
